Team Training

The foundation of our success and the priority that is consistent throughout lacrosse development experience is training. Our Training sessions focus on improving stick skills, footwork, game IQ and other facets of the game. Whether your goal is to play college lacrosse, play high school varsity, or simply enjoy playing this amazing sport, training is the answer. Our fall tournaments start at the end of October leaving us time between the end of the summer season and the beginning of the tournament schedule to work on team concepts and developing skills therefore, we have structured our training camp, practices, and skill trainings to maximize the amount of time to prepare for Fall tournaments.

We are excited to hit the ground running with team practices that will begin in early September and run through late January. These practices will enable players to develop their stick skills and build team chemistry while staying in shape physically. Practice times have been chosen to allow for players to continually improve throughout the summer without overloading them. We have done our best to schedule our practices to limit conflicts with fall sports and activities.
